How To Rent This Condo

Rentals are one week minimum and run Saturday to Saturday, year round. Multi-week rates upon request.
A $200 deposit will be required to confirm and written confirmation is mailed to you,
along with directions and other helpful information.

Early Fall Discount (Aug 23-October 3): $1200/week + 11% tax
Summer and late Fall: $1350/week + 11% tax
Shoulder: $1800/week + 11% tax
Winter /Spring: $2500/week + 11% tax
Cleaning and linens are included. Rates + tax are total charge. There are NO fees.
